Cut and clean 12 Jalapeños, stuff with your filling, wrap with 1 slice of bacon, and cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. I chose to let them sit for 5 more minutes under the broiler so that they would get crispy. It all depends on your oven and how you want them to taste.
And your done! I used a toothpick to help keep the bacon in place. I didn't use any fancy plates. They went from the oven to the top of the stove and everyone just dug in! :-).
