Mozzarella Cheese Balls
Dried Basil (1 pinch)
Dried Parsley (1 pinch)
Garlic Salt (1 pinch)
Pepper (1 pinch)
Olive Oil (I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil) (drizzle to your liking)
I found toothpicks that had a fun festive top. Stick a cherry tomatoe, a slice of pepperoni, a few spinach leaves, and last a mozzarella ball. Fill your plate (I chose a small round Christmas cake plate and made two circles), drizzle with olive oil and add your seasonings. This recipe can be made to your liking depending on how much seasoning you like.
Another option would be to buy the marinated mozzarella balls in olive oil and seasoning from the store as your drizzle. It is also very tasty. Don't forget to put out some festive napkins and plates and wha la, you have a plate of finger foods your party guests can enjoy!
